see you december 1st!

a space to find flow

a space to be still

having been practicing in this space for two years, each time I come to my mat, the space still seems to breathe alongside me. or even breathe me in, in a way:

the ancient-ness becomes potent and palpable.

the bells toll as a reminder that time is passing, that breath keeps carrying me.

the trickle of the fountain in the courtyard outside the windows soothes my aches, like a warm bath.

the room itself offers high ceilings, shaped almost like a rib-cage that holds the lungs safely inside it. that holds me, so that I can breathe.

finally.

i’m so excited to open this special studio, to share space, to breathe deep alongside each other, & move these beautiful bodies we live in.

this space is to build connection to ourselves and each other. there is no experience needed. all are welcome.

about the circle

about madison

Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve carried a nomadic, exploratory spirit from a young age. Over the past decade I’ve traveled and lived across various states and countries, coming to understand that while language and culture can sometimes feel like barriers, the body and breath speak a universal language. My journey led me deep into yogic studies, world religions and philosophies—and ultimately to India, where I took the step from student to teacher. My aim is to guide my classes back to their own center, to stillness, & to create space for people to know their own body’s language.

*Girona Yoga Circle offers small community classes and wellness gatherings for personal enrichment. These sessions are not medical or therapeutic treatments. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. Payments and donations go directly toward supporting the space and offerings.*
